Tehran, YJC. Lawmaker says that radical groups in Iran as well as in the US will suffer from improving relations between the two countries.
Member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Majlis Safar Naimi Zar in interview with Asre Iran said "Improving relations between Tehran and Washington can endanger the interests of radical groups both in Iran and in the US.”

"These people are not necessarily politicians. They may appear in other guises and try to trouble the water and fish there,” he said.

Naimi Zar believes that it is not an easy task to predict what developments may follow the improving relations between Iran and the US.

"To see the verbal impacts of the two sides in New York we must wait for six months. If Iran and the US control their politically emotional behavior then we can be hopeful in the establishment of relations that go along the interests of Iran,” he also maintained.

The member of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy added that Rouhani's trip to New York is a much important issue that will turn into a memorable historical fact.
