TEHRAN, May 5 - Iran’s steel and steel products exports surpassed 9.2 million tons over last Iranian calendar year (March 21, 2017 – March 21, 2018).
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) – Iran’s steel and steel products output surged respectively by 19 and 9 percents.
Iran has made 21.884 million tons of steel during the period with the amount reached 18.466 million tons in the year before.
Iran has produced 19.776 million tons of steel products including coil, beam, wide sheet, rebar, hot plate, cold sheet, coated sheet and so on over the period.
The output reached 18.151 million tons in similar period in the year before.
Iran also produced 22. 560 million tons of iron sponge last year, jumping by 23 percent comparing to similar period in the year before.
