TEHRAN, May 1 - Iranian Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Reza Najafi said nuclear cooperation between the US and Zionist regime is violation of nonproliferation commitments by the US.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) – Establishing American nuclear weapons in Europe and its nuclear cooperation with Zionist regime means breaching non-proliferation commitments by the US, he said.
Speaking in the preliminary committee session of NPT review conference, he stressed Iran's complete compliance with NPT commitments, and said the only way to prevent a spread of nuclear weapons is complete destruction of the nuclear weapons.
Nuclear countries are violating their commitments to the NPT and are preserving and developing these weapons.
Establishing US nuclear weapons in Europe under NATO nuclear umbrella means helping Zionist regime to build and test nuclear weapons, he said.
