TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) – A second explosion was heard in the Afghan capital Kabul on Monday soon after a blast apparently caused by a bomb carried on a motorcycle hit the city, reuters reported.
The two back-to-back bomb blasts have hit near government buildings in the Afghan capital, Kabul, during the morning rush hour, leaving at least 14 people dead.
AFP also has reported that its journalist Shah Marai was among those killed.
There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the attacks, which came only a week after some 60 people lost their lives when a blast ripped through a voter registration center in the west of Kabul.
Yet, the Daesh terror group claimed that attack.
