TEHRAN, April 02 -Drone footage filmed on Sunday showed the key motorway connecting the Syrian capital of Damascus and Eastern Ghouta after it was cleared of militants by Syrian government forces after a seven-year-long blockade.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC)-Drone footage filmed on Sunday showed the key motorway connecting the Syrian capital of Damascus and Eastern Ghouta after it was cleared of militants by Syrian government forces after a seven-year-long blockade.
Syrian military command announced that the government forces had liberated the militant-held settlements in the Damascus suburb of Eastern Ghouta.
Settlements in the area can be seen strewn with debris, with the buildings partly damaged, after the siege.
