TEHRAN, March 26 - Iranian Ambassador to Oman Mohammad-Reza Nouri-Shahroudi and Omani Foreign Minister Yusuf bin Alawi discussed ways to expand bilateral ties between the two countries as they met in Muscat.
TEHRAN,Young Journalists Club (YJC) - During the meeting, Shahroudi, said, “Political relations between Iran and Oman are in the highest level.”
The two countries are cooperating well in bilateral, regional and international fields, he said, adding, accordingly, bilateral trade and economic ties between the two sides are on the rise as well.
Yusuf bin Alawi, for his part, said Iran and Oman are going to hold a joint economic cooperation commission soon, expressing hope that issues hindering economic cooperation between the two sides would be settled soon.
