TEHRAN, March 20 - Iran categorically rejected Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman’s recent claim on presence of al-Qaeda leaders in Iran.

Bin Salman’s claim on presence of al-Qaeda leaders in Iran ‘big lie’: FM SpokesmanTEHRAN,Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “Bin Salman’s claim’s on presence of al-Qaeda leaders in Iran is a big lie,” said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi.

He said Bin Salman would fail to cover up th erole of Saudi government and leaders in creating the most dangerous contemporary terrorist groups and terrorist events including September 11 attack by using such lies.

He said that Bin Salman is taking advantage of any means to get the throne during his visit to the US.

Qassemi continued everyone is aware of establishment of al-Qaeda terrorist organization by Saudi intelligence organizations and their systematic ties with al-Qaeda.

He said a US classified report on September 11 attacks shows some part of this unchangeable facts and indicates many current Saudi officials have had a clear role in this attack.

Bin Salman in an interview with CNN claimed that Iran is destabilizing the region and that Iran is hosting al-Qaeda leaders including Osama Bin Laden’s son.
