TEHRAN, March 8 - Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi called on Britain to press Riyadh to stop exporting terrorist ideologies.
TEHRAN,Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “UK and other countries should take a responsible action to press Riyadh to end bloodshed in Yemen and export extremist and terrorist ideologies and do not bargain their transient economic interests with global peace and stability,” he said.
He said political and arms supports of the UK and certain countries including US for Saudi Arabia is ‘a threat to security, peace and stability of the entire region’.
Qassemi noted UK’s concerted moves with Riyadh would make it more responsible for formation, fueling and continuation of crises in west Asia and would make the path to regional peace more costly, harder and longer.
