TEHRAN, March 5 - Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasseni rejected al-Monitor’s claims that US has approved nuclear monitoring system for Iran, calling it unreal and false.
TEHRAN,Young Journalists Club (YJC) - He made the remarks after al-Monitor published a report claiming US is allowing high-tech US exports to Iran that could boost international oversight of the 2015 nuclear deal.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran has signed CTBT but has not approved it,” Qassemi said.
He then said this pact does not have any active monitoring site or equipment in Iran, therefore no information about Iran is sent to secretariat of the pact.
This secretariat does not have any monitoring on Iran, Qassemi said.
