TEHRAN, February 21 - A French delegation is going to visit plane crash site in southwestern Iran to investigate various aspects of the catastrophe, said Spokesman of Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization Reza Jafar-Zadeh.
TEHRAN,Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The delegation includes three experts of plane crash investigation committee and four experts of the French plane manufacturer (ATR 72).
The visit aims to technically probe into the crash. The experts team would receive the black box of the plane if it is found.
An Iranian ATR 72, operated by Aseman Airlines, crashed into mountains near the town of Semirom in Isfahan province on Sunday with all 66 crew on board were killed.
The aircraft, which was carrying 66 people hit Mount Dena near Kahangan village in Padena District.
