TEHRAN, February 19 - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif reiterated that Syrian military response to Zionist regime is a new and important gain.
TEHRAN,Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “Israel has got used to violate Syrian airspace and attack Syrian positions,” he told reporters in Moscow upon his arrival for Russian Valdai Discussion Club.
Syrian military forces could give a necessary response to Israel in the recent military conflict and it is an ‘important and new progress’, he said.
Zarif added Israeli officials are trying to take advantage of the controversy to hide this progress.
“I think it is a clear signal that Israel cannot press ahead with such measures,” he added.
