Czech stresses boosting cooperation with Iran

TEHRAN, February 9 - Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic Radek Vondráček stressed boosting bilateral ties with Iran.

Czech stresses boosting cooperation with IranTEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - In a meeting between Vondráček and Iranian Ambassador to Czech Republic Ali-Akbar Jokar, the two sides stressed boosting bilateral ties in parliamentary and economic fields and increasing the volume of commercial exchanges.

During the meeting, Jokar, referred to Iran’s nuclear deal with P5+1, saying that US approach to the deal is destructive.

He then lauded European resistance to US negative policies to the deal and stressed commitment of all sides to the agreement.

Radek Vondráček, for his part, welcomed widening bilateral ties with Iran in all fields including parliamentary cooperation.

He said Iran’s nuclear deal with P5+1 countries, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), is an important international agreement and all sides should abide by their commitments to the deal.
