TEHRAN, January 30 - Head of Iran-China Chamber of Commerce Asadollah Asgar-Oladi said the volume of commercial exchanges between the two countries got close to $40 billion in 2017.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - One of obligations of the chamber of commerce is to encourage and attract Chinese investment in Iran, he said, speaking in the 3rd trade and investment conference of Iran and China in Tehran on Tuesday.
He said investment benefits the two countries.
Iran-China commercial exchanges got near to $40 billion in 2017, he said, expressing hope that the volume could raise to $50 billion in 2018.
Iran is going to attend 4 exhibitions in China in 2018, he said, adding one Chinese delegation would visit Iran each month.
