TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Qatari Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali al-Thani who used to be supported by Saudi in the wake of tensions between Doha and Arab countries, uncovered the pressures Saudi Arabia and AUE put upon him, Al-Jezira reported.
An audio file attributed to Sheikh Abdullah has been shared based on which the Qatari figure says, Qatar’s crisis was due to the greed of the Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman and the AUE crown prince Mohammed bin Zayed to seize Qatar's wealth.
The Qatari Shiekh said that the pressures on him from the two crown prince was so constant and abnormal that he was to commit suicide.
Some sources reported that Sheikh Abdullah was arrested in AUE, yet some reports that he has recently been observed sitting on a wheelchair in Abu Dhabi air port with his hand wrist bandaged.
