TEHRAN, January 18 - Iran’s University of Tabriz and Turkish Igdir University signed a MoU on scientific, research and academic fields.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - President of Tabriz University Mohammad-Reza Pour-Mohammadi said the MoU focuses on providing sabbatical leaves for professors and students for short-term period in agriculture, technical and engineering fields, mathematics, sports and physical exercises.
It also focuses on accomplishing research and educational plans, holding e-learning courses, holding joint seminars and conferences and facilitating professors’ presence in scientific seminars of the two countries.
The other aspects of the MoU include exchanging educational and scientific experiences and carrying out joint research plans.
The Iranian university has signed 19 MoU with Turkey, Azerbaijan and Cyprus in the fields of science and technology so far.
