Icy flood waters trap cars in Boston

TEHRAN, January 7- Boston was slammed with an extreme dose of winter weather on Thursday, January 4, as heavy snow and a three-foot (0.9-meter) tidal surge flooded the area around Boston's historic Long Wharf with icy seawater during high tide.
