Tehran, YJC. Heads of more than 10 countries are to attend the inauguration of the new Iranian President next month.

Tasnim reports that Hassan Rouhani's inauguration will be held with leaders from 5 continents.

Sessions to coordinate the attendance of heads of states at the inauguration of the President are being held. The names, though, are not yet decided but will be announced next week by the Inauguration Staff or the President’s office.

The coordination sessions for the attendance of heads of states are regularly held, in the morning and afternoon, at the Majlis, the President-elect’s office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Presidential office; and the final result will be announced by next week.

Fars news agency has said that the Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani is going to attend the ceremony.

An official had also said that the former UK Prime Minister Jack Straw was going to attend the inaugural, which was denied.
