Tehran, YJC. Oil Ministry says that it is willing to offer oil facilities construction services to neigbor countries.
The Spokesman of the Oil Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran Alireza Nikzad Rahbar said in an interview with Fars news agency that the ministry is conducting a series of technical studies for constructing small refineries throughout the country.
Nikzad said that the refineries will be built as a way to prevent selling oil in the crude.
"Also, if other countries would like to, we will offer them our services in building small refineries,” he added.
The Oil Ministry Spokesman said "Iraq is one of these countries, as well as Pakistan, probably. Any other country which is willing will be a target for our services in this section as well.”
He also stated that so far there has been no related request from Central Asian countries.
