TEHRAN, December 2 - The Iranian defense minister announced that Iran had a specific program to design and produce a heavy military class aircraft.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - "As highlighted in my four-year program, one of my purposes will certainly be strengthening the country's strategic air power," the Iranian defense minister Brigadier General Amir Hatami said.
"At the moment, Iran possesses good equipment not only in its military aircraft but also in its training aircraft and we also have a specific program to design and produce a heavy military aircraft class," he added.
