TEHRAN, November 29 - US policeman shot dead an American-Iranian citizen under the pretext of escaping from a car crash scene.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - US Police shot another non-armed citizen but this time the murdered person was an Iranian-American.
This person’s name was Bijan Gheisar graduated from Virginia State University and worked as an accountant in his father’s company, Washington Post reported.
US Police shot the guy 10 days ago but he died in hospital due to severity of injuries.
The US Police claimed that Bijan got involved in car accident and was chased, but because he did not stop, police shot him.
However, the US police have not announced the details of the crash and the name of the officer who fired bullet.
Bijan’s family announced in a statement that he was not armed at all when the accident took place.
National Iranian-American Council has confirmed Bijan Iranian origin.
