Tehran, YJC. Iranian woman says that her disabled daughter has gone victim to murder conspiracy at a US clinic.

Mehr News Agency reports that Mina Pourzand Vakil, mother of 34-year-old, claims that she was deprived of the guardianship of her daughter after going through a series of confrontations with an American man.

She says that in the wake of the quarrels, the Rochester court ruled against her to deprive her, despite international rules, of the guardianship of her daughter Maryam.

The US Police then, she says, moved the girl to a clinic.

The FBI has reported that Maryam died on October 1, 1996 in the clinic.

After her body was delivered bruises were found in it. The police had said that Maryam strangled to death.

On the other side the woman says that her wealth, worth billions of Rials, was taken from her illegally.

Maryam’s case was filed in the Iranian judicial system and sent to the 55th branch of the Court of International Affairs.

On Sunday morning the court was held while no US representative attended the session despite summons.

The mother says that she has published the circumstances of the death of her daughter in a book and sent a copy in English to the US President.
