Iran, Germany sign MoU to expand academic cooperation

TEHRAN, November 6 - Iran’s Technical and Vocational University and German Leipzig University signed a Memorandum of Understating (MoU) on improving relationship between the industry and university.

Iran, Germany sign MoU to expand academic cooperationTEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “The MoU was signed to train directors in entrepreneurship and make innovation in auto industry,” said Daeed Najafi, manager of presidency affairs in Iran’s Technical and Vocational University.

The Iranian university has so far signed several MoU and plans with German universities.
Iran’s Technical and Vocational University provide students with comprehensive

educational planning, content for various fields proportionate with occupational needs and has shorter period of education comparing to other universities.

Iran’s Technical and Vocational University’s Director General for International Affairs Jaseb Nikfar, said the MoU focuses on auto industry in the first phase and later on exchanging students between the two sides.

Berger, a professor Leipzig University, said the university seeks transferring experience and knowledge and providing the required training for developing scientific activities of the two sides and innovation system in Iran.
