TEHRAN, November 1 - Iran-Azerbaijan-Russia’s second tripartite summit kicked off on Wednesday.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, along with his Azeri and Russian counterparts Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin are attending the summit in Tehran.
Putin and Aliyev have had separate meetings with Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei.
The first summit was held last year in Baku.
Two years ago, Rouhani and Aliyev decided to hold a joint session along with Putin to discuss transit cooperation.
