TEHRAN, October 29 - Russia would do its best to remove visa requirements for Iran, Head of Russia's State Agency for Tourism Oleg Safonov said.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Speaking to Russia TV Network, he noted that Moscow is interested to remove visa requirements for Iranian and Indian nationals to boost presence of tourists from these two countries in Russia.
Russia aims to facilitate visa issuance for Iranian and Indian citizens similar to the one it did for the Chinese nationals, the official added.
The number of Iranian tourists visiting Russia in 2016 has been unprecedented, he said.
