TEHRAN, October 18 - Iranian Vice President will travel to Turkey to attend D8 Group meeting as well as negotiating with Turkish officials.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Eshaq Jahangiri with the companionship of a group of Iran’s Minister and President aids will have a 3-day trip to Turkey to discuss ways of developing relationships between the two countries as well as talk about the recent changes and developments in the region.
As the other part of his trip, the Iranian Vice President will attend D8 Group meeting to declare the Islamic Republic of Iran’s positions on various international fields as well a multilateral cooperation.
The D8 Group is an economic one consisting of 8 Islamic developing countries including Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Egypt, and Nigeria. The group was established in 1997 with the goal of strengthening and expanding the economic cooperation among the country members.
