TEHRAN, October 13 - Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said Trump’s remarks would damage Americans’ credit.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “The Islamic Republic of Iran is monitoring all issues calmly and will make a decision according to interests of the nation,” he said upon his arrival in Saint Petersburg to attend a security conference and the 137th Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly session.
He said the security conference starts on Saturday and would focus on security cooperation, adding it would be participated by parliament speakers of some countries.
“Iran has always stressed this field so that regional countries would have closer ties for establishing peace and security. W are a special guest and not a member.”
He also said cultural and ethnic diversity is one of the main parts of the conference which can pave the way for peace and security.
Larijani plans to meet with officials of Russia and other countries attending the two conferences to discuss bilateral cooperation with Iran in economic fields.
