TEHRAN, October 10 - Director General of World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus called Iran’s measures on developing health and treatment ‘admirable’.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “Other countries should use the experiences as well,” he said in a meeting with Iranian Health Minister Hassan Qazi-Zadeh in Pakistan.
He also said pharmaceuticals production in Iran has progressed considerably and Iran is producing medicine with high quality.
“We can use Iran’s experiences for other countries, because in certain cases access to medicine with high quality is one of the main problems of the organization.”
Ghebreyesus noted that he is going to visit Iran in near future to get accustomed with Iran’s gains in health and treatment.
“Tehran is having a wonderful performance on cancer researches which can be used.”
