TEHRAN, October 5 - Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali-Akbar Salehi left for Italy on Thursday to deliver speech in the XXth Edoardo Amaldi Conference in Rome.

Salehi officially invited by British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson would head to London after his travel to Italy.
Last September, Salehi attended World Nuclear Association annual session in London.

In the framework of ongoing cooperation, the Joint Research Centre (JRC) and the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei are co-organising the XXth Edoardo Amaldi Conference - International Cooperation for Enhancing Nuclear Safety, Security, Safeguards and Non-Proliferation - 60 Years IAEA Atoms for Peace and Development and Euratom Treaty.
The XXth Edoardo Amaldi Conference will provide an important forum for experts and scientists to discuss different approaches and promote progress towards enhanced nuclear safety, security, safeguards and non-proliferation.
