Qarazi: Iranians repel injected culture

TEHRAN, YJC. Candidate says that there will be no culter to import to Iran.
Mohammd Qarazi appeared in a question and answer session on the fourth channel of national TV on Monday afternoon.

Asked how the Iranian nation's integrity has changed during the years, he said that it has enhanced by degrees, creating in the meantime major developments such as the oil nationalization and Revolution.

He stressed the role of people as the pinpoint in society and said "Those who in the last 100 years tried to subjugate people under beurocratic, political, economic, and demanding veils and destroy their integrity are all gone. also different political groups emerged and disappeared. Wwhat remained was the people and how they decided to do for themselves and keep the country."

Qarazi provided comments on the issue of culture and said "Culture is what people have lived with for thousands of years."

"Therefore," he added "its is wrong to think that culture is to write philosophy, poetry, or theses. That would be a Western culture which has met failure before the Iranian."
