Tehran, YJC. Rezaei has said that statesmen are wrong if they think that people are only good for voting and demonstrations.

Speaking in a public meeting in Gorgan, Rezaei said on Sunday "One of my programs is to fix the government-nation relationship, which must be a two-way relation.”

Rezaei said that he would only need the Iranian youth to turn all the deserts in the country into jungle.

Rezaei then provided comments on unemployment and inflation and asserted that the two problems will not be solved with the current form of government. He said "If there was governmental supervision there would have been no Rls30 thousand billion corruptions. If there is governmental supervision there would be no favoritism, no bribery. The country has to do its job and support people.”

Rezaei stated "With prices raised, incomes are still low. Inflation is going unbridled and the Iranian economic team is rolling down the slope.”

He also provided comments on the Iran-West negotiations and said "The US and EU kill time by negotiations. We must not allow them to do that. We will make the talks bear fruit and prevent further sanctions. We will not allow them to kill any more time.”

"Iran can become an international and regional player with a robust, effective foreign policy,” he asserted.
