TEHRAN, July 14, YJC - Director of Iran’s Kish Gas Field Keiwan Yarahmadi said the field’s contractor company (OIEC) is in talks with Russian Gazprom Neft to develop the field.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Foreign companies have expressed readiness for developing the field in return for buyback, he said, adding Gazprom Neft has signed a deal with OIEC for exchanging information.
30.000 barrels are produced from the field, he said, adding, the amount is expected to reach 65.000 barrels by early 2019.
He also said that a British consultant company is working for designing Kish Gas Field wells, adding working with the company aims at maximizing use of the field.
