TEHRAN, July 11, YJC - Susanna Terstal, ambassador of the Netherlands to Iran met with Iran’s Parliament General Director for International Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Amir-Abdollahian congratulated the new parliamentary election in the Netherlands and appreciated the country’s condemning the recent terrorist attack in Iran.
He further pointed to the political and parliamentary ties between Iran and Netherlands and stressed the necessity to boost bilateral ties.
Susanna Terstal also for her part announced her country’s readiness to send a parliamentary delegation to Iran in a near future.
Susanna Terstal is currently Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Islamic Republic of Iran, where she started in August 2015.
