MKO, vague point in Iran-France ties: ZarifTEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “In our talks with French officials, we have announced Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO), presence in the country as a moot point in bilateral relations between Tehran and Paris. They have always stressed that they have nothing to do with the group,” he said at Charles de Gaulle Airport.

His remarks came after MKO meeting in Paris on July 1 and that certain members of European Parliament had questioned Iran’s human rights situation and put IRGC in the black list following the group’s provocative acts.

“All are aware of terrorist history of the group. All regional and European states are aware of history of the group,” he added.

He said, “Allowing activities of a group notorious for Iranians and has terrorist background, a group which has had cooperated with Saddam regime and we have witnessed their terrorist attacks and their efforts for terrorist attacks in Iran is the only dark point in history of countries cooperating with the groups.”

Zarif further continued that reactionary regime of the regime are making investment on the group one more time as they did in the past.
