TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - According to Tasnim, today on June 18 a great number of Israeli regime soldiers raided to Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem Al-Quds, surrounding prayers in Masjid ul-Qalbi.
Witnesses said that smelling pepper gas thrown by Zionist soldiers, tens of Palestinian prayers got choking.
The soldiers also beat the the director of Al-Aqsa Mosque and arrested two prayers.
Every year and in the threshold of Quds Day, Israeli regime soldiers maintain security measures in Jerusalem Al-Quds, raiding Palestinian prayers.
The Al-Aqsa Mosque compound is a flashpoint Islamic site, which is also holy to Jews. The mosque is Islam’s third holiest site after Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia.
