TEHRAN, June 13, YJC - Iran and South Korea are going to cooperate in establishing urban aerial tram.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Iran’s Jam Industrial Group and South Korean New Millennium have signed a MoU on establishing urban-passenger cable cars.
The MoU costs $1 billion with the aim of creating quick and clean transportation system.
The MoU has been formed in the form of foreign investment and Iran’s bank guarantee.
The project needs one and one and a half year.
The sky tram are capable of traveling 3 kilometers in 15 minutes for tourism purposes and 50 kilometers in 15 minutes in urban transport.
The cable cars can accommodate 50-100 passengers.
The company has also signed two other MoU with the South Korean side on building and opening airlines.
