TEHRAN, June 11, YJC - Iran's Intelligence Ministry said that the mastermind behind Tehran’s terrorist attacks was killed.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - In a televised talk Iranian Intelligence Minister Seyyed Mahmoud Alavi, said that the
one who led the terrorist operation fled to Iran’s borderline areas, and after his
operation failed completely was killed with
the cooperation of friendly foreign intelligence
services.
Alavi asserted that of the 42 or 43 terrorists arrested after the terrorist
attacks on Wednesday, some were part of the attack operation team and some were
not, but having plans for terrorists actions. He went on "yet we kept them
under surveillance for attaining more information dominance and after we arrest them, we succeeded
to get a great deal of confession out of them, and their confessions and
sayings gave us cues through which we could get dominance upon some other
terrorists and arrested them".
The friendly
foreign intelligence services who know Iran’s intelligence service , Alavi
said, acknowledge the country’s Intelligence Ministry as one of the most professional and powerful being
successful in maintaining security throughout the country.
Alavi noted that the country’s unique
security would not be hurt by running such firework and this is the first time
that the Takfiri terrorists could have done such acts, and if there weren't silent
endeavor of security forces, the incident would happen "101 times rather than 1
time”.
he appreciated the Shrine Defenders in Iraq and Syria, stressing that if they
did not fight against Daesh terrorists there, now Iran would undertake heavy
pressure on its security.
