Lavrov heads for Geneva to attend meeting on Ukraine

Russia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov is heading for Geneva to take part in a quadripartite meeting on Ukraine, a delegation source told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
"Lavrov is on his way to Geneva to participate in a four-sided meeting on Ukraine. He is also to have a series of bilateral meetings there," the source said..
   
The consultations in the format of the foreign-policy chiefs of Russia, the United States, and the European Union, as well as Ukraine's acting Foreign Minister, are expected to commence at about 11:00, Geneva time and continue for about two hours, after which they will develop into a working luncheon mode.
