Tehran, YJC. Activist says that beyond formal negotiations, the House of Khalifa attempts to secure its dictatorial rule over Bahrain.
In an interview with Fars in Manama, Ali al-Fayez said "The House of Khalifa is still trying to strengthen its dictatorship and tribal system. It uses negotiations only as a cover-up and a promotional tool.”
He asserted "The House of Khalifa uses negotiations as a promotion to divert the public mind. It has no special view or plan, nor has it laid any ground for it. On the contrary, it practically procrastinates.”
The political activist stated "The House of Khalifa is still at work to strengthen its despotism; and the West and some Persian Gulf Arab regimes support it.”
"The Middle East is undergoing some fundamental change. The House of Khalifa, though, holds faith in the US and Zionist and uses negotiations only as an emergency escape,” he asserted.
