روستای غلام ویس از توابع شهرستان خدابنده در استان زنجان است. در روز‌های گذشته بارش باران موجب جاری شدن آب رودخانه‌ها و سرریز شدن آن شد. سد خاکی این روستا نیز به لطف این بارش‌های الهی پر آب شد و موجب سرریز شدن آب این سد شد.
شهروندخبرنگار ما با ارسال فیلمی از مسئولان درخواست کرد تا نسبت به هدررفت آب این سد اقدامات لازم را صورت دهند.
