پیاده روی اربعین یا راهپیمایی اربعین از آیین‌های شیعیان است که همه ساله با نزدیک شدن به روز اربعین حسینی برگزار می‌شود. این راهپیمایی با حضور مسلمانان شیعه از ملیت‌های مختلف انجام می‌شود. زیارت حرم مطهر امام حسین (ع) در روز اربعین ثواب و فضیلت بسیاری دارد که در احادیث بسیاری به آن تاکید شده است و رفتن به این زیارت با پای پیاده فضیلت آن را دوچندان می‌کند. به همین دلیل تعداد بسیاری از مسلمانان شیعه با شور و اشتیاق فراوان با پای پیاده از نقاط مختلف عراق به سمت کربلای معلی را طی می‌کنند، و اغلب زائران اغلب مسیر نجف به کربلا را برای پیاده روی انتخاب می‌کنند.
