TEHRAN, March 30, YJC - After years of anticipation, hundreds of Muslims in Australia have celebrated the opening of the first official Shia mosque in Melbourne. Uniting a diverse range of Muslims, the mosque plans to host events that promote social cohesion. This comes at a critical time in the community, as Islamophobic attacks are on the rise.
