Tehran, YJC. Ayatollah Hashemi says Iran supports resistance against Israel.

Rafsanjani speaking at the closing ceremony of the International Clerical
Conference in Support of the Palestinian Resistance on Monday said that if the
West Bank is armed like the Palestinian resistance and Hezbollah have been, "no
spot of the Zionist regime will be safe.”
He said "Now it has become clear that the resistance forces
cannot wage war on the Zionists with tanks or aircrafts. But they can do so
with missiles, because missile is sensitive and the Zionist are timorous and
flee soon.”
Such victories are the result of only one Islamic country’s
contribution. If all the Islamic countries help, many things will change, he
stated.

also noted "The Islamic Republic of Iran is the only country in the world that
was put under sanctions since the revolution. But they have gone overwhelming
and all our lives are sanctioned. Nonetheless, we clearly say that we equipped
the Palestinian and we will support them to the end.”
We explicitly tell
the bragging powers that we equipped Hezbollah in Lebanon who stood against the
Zionist who thought they were very powerful; but they beat them in the 33-day
war, he added.
