Tehran, YJC. Lawmaker has warned against any unchecked item on Jack Straw’s agenda of trip to Iran.
Speaking in interview with Nasim Online, lawmaker Esmail
Kosari said "The side issues of the EU parliamentary delegation’s visit to Iran
must not be repeated in Jack Straw’s visit.”
Calling the EU parliamentary group’s meeting with two 2009
presidential election opposition activists "a manifest crime” he said "the members
of the National Security Committee have discussed the issue with lawmakers, Foreign
Ministry officials, and the Minister of Intelligence.”
He also exclaimed "Neither Majlis representatives nor
government officials will no way allow a group to come to violate the nation’s
values and beliefs by coming to Iran and having improper behavior.”
"The Islamic Republic of Iran will not allow any foreign individual or group to
come to Iran interfering with the country’s law or internal affairs and to meet
and talk to the seditionist or convicted,” he asserted.
