Iran’s foreign trade balance hits $61 bln

TEHRAN, November 27 - Iran’s foreign trade balance reached $61 billion over the first 8 months of the current calendar year (started on March 20, 2017).

Iran’s foreign trade balance hit $61 blnTEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Iran’s foreign trading jumped by $4.486 billion, 8 percent, over the period comparing to similar period in the year before.

Iran’s foreign trade balance hit $60.907 billion over the period.

Iran has exported $78.812 million tons of non-oil goods during the above-mentioned period.

Iran’s non-oil exports reached $28.488 billion over the first 8 months of this year.

Iran’s exports have been mainly sent to China with $5.748 billion, Iraq with $4.315 billion, the UAE with $3.893 billion, South Korea with$ 2.747 billion and Afghanistan with $1.849 billion over the first 8 months of this year.

Iran’s exports included $4.586 billion gas condensates, liquefied propane with $897 million, light oils and other products except petrol with $764 million, methanol with $752 million and olyethylene film grade with $750 million.
