TEHRAN, November 23 - Iran’s 11th International Flour and Bakery Exhibition kicked off on Thursday in a ceremony attended by Iranian Minister Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Shariat-Madari.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - 139 Iranian and 38 foreign companies are attending the four-day event.
Representatives from France, Turkey, Germany, Poland, South Korea, Italy, Austria, Sweden, UK, China and the UAE as well as Iran are taking part in the exhibition to display to their newest expertise in flour and bakery.
Producers of industrial bread, producers of bread-making machinery, coffee, cookies, flour, cake and dough producers along with producers of laboratory equipment, silo and decoration are taking part in the international exhibition.
There would also be workshops for improving the quality of flour as well as “bread, health industry” seminar.
