TEHRAN, July 17, YJC - Chief of Iranian Armed Forces Mohammad-Bagheri said the country’s defense power is for deterrence purposes and is not bargainable.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “Iran’s missile power is for defense purposes and is not subject to negotiation or bargaining at any level.”
“After 4-decades of victory of Islamic Revolution and three decades of Holy Defense and despite continuous threats from the enemy and escalating anti-Iran investment, US and Zionist plots, Iran is still in the peak of dignity and might,” he said.
He further said that rise of new regional threats by arrogant powers and regional reactionary states are targeting the Islamic Republic of Iran and make it necessary for Iran to be prepared for confronting and thwarting the threats.
"Tagging the Guards along with terrorist groups and imposing similar sanctions is a big risk for the Americans, their bases and their forces in the region," Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Baqeri said Monday.
