TEHRAN, June 23, YJC - Iranian Deputy Minister of Road and Urban Development and Managing Director of Iranian Ports and Navigation Organization Mohammad Saeed-Nejad said the country’s oil exports potential would reach 36 million tons in case three ports of oil wharf are launched in Shahid Rajaei Port, southern Iran.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Construction of the oil wharf in Shahid Rajaie port has been started, he said, adding the wharf is one of the most important plans of the government.
He said the wharf needs nearly $46 million investment which could increase the country’s oil exports potential to 36 million tons in case the three posts are launched.
He expressed the hope that the three posts would be launched in 24 months.
