اغلب گروه‌های جهادی به مناطق دورافتاده و محروم مراجعه می‌کنند تا به نیازمندان با اقدامات گوناگون کمک کنند، اما گاهی نیازمندانی هستند که در همسایگی ما زندگی می‌کنند که با شناسایی آن‌ها می‌توان در کار خیر شرکت کرده و با کمک به آن‌ها بخشی از مشکلاتشان را برطرف کرد.
گروه جهادی در استان تهران با بازسازی منزلی به خانواده نیازمند کمک کرد و با ارسال فیلم و تصاویر از خیران خواست تا دست یاری به این خانواده بدهند تا باری از مشکلاتشان کاسته شود.
