Tehran, YJC. Rouhani, who has traveled to Golestan province, took part in the province’s investment development conference.

"Our country’s relations with the world grow every better every day. The government’s policy is to establish relations with all countries,” President Hassan Rouhani asserted.

He added "We will try to reduce tensions in relations with the countries in relation to which there used to be tensions. And we will try to expand our relations with those countries with which we used to have good relations.”

"We seek relations that are based on preserving Islam, the Islamic revolution, and our principals and ideals.”Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has laid the blame on "plotting hands” for the falling oil prices.

"Although plotting hands in the region and the world slashed oil prices and they imagine that they have caused problems for the Islamic Iran and the country’s path to development, the Iranian nation must know that the [national] budget bill [for next fiscal year] will be submitted to parliament without any deficit,” Rouhani said in a separate development.

He said next year’s budget will amount to nearly IRR 2,200 trillion.

Rouhani also said the Islamic Republic will resolve the dispute over its nuclear program through constructive interaction with the world.

"In the path of constructive interaction with the world, we will get the nuclear issue to a conclusion,” he said.  "Do not doubt that the P5+1 countries, the Western world, the Eastern world and the region all need to have constructive interaction with Iran,” he added.
