WASHINGTON, Oct 31, 2014 (AFP) - The United States on Friday welcomed a breakthrough deal between Kiev and Moscow to resolve their long conflict over energy supplies.
"The agreement is a positive step," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters after the deal was brokered by the European Union late Thursday.
